Essential oils are very concentrated and potent and can be dangerous if not used correctly. Please read caution advice before each use of essential or fragrant oils. If you wish to offer essential oils as a present, please make sure information on how to use them is passed on. Keep away from light and heat.

Skin application is the least toxic( skin acts as a filter), the quickest and offers the longest lasting effects. Its ease of use make it very popular and the most commonly used by Aromatherapists due to its efficiency.
Your skin is the reflect of your inside. It is a mirror that is indeed used in China ; Doctors look at skin color, texture and characteristics to make their diagnosis.

The action of therapeutic massage :
Nervous fibres from your sense of touch transmit information to the spinal cord, which in turn transmit it to the brain. Stimulating the area situated on each side of the spine has a rippling effect on all the organs.
The skin is at the centre of psycho-emotional exchanges. It receives “ emotional food ” through massages and stokes and transmit warmth and feelings of well-being. The skin contribute to a balanced immune system.
